Scheduled a tour online. No text or email confirmation, so I tried to verify: tried connecting to an agent through their online chat portal 3x, never got to anyone, left my information and requested a callback, never got one. Called their office 5 times, never got an answer. Tried the line for new leasing, existing tenants, and miscellaneous. Pretty sure all of them lead me to the same (clearly unmonitored line). Scheduled a tour, showed up on time and no one was there to greet me, so I called the leasing office. They said they’d arrive in 2 minutes, so I waited 10 minutes and still no one came. As I was waiting, a resident walked out and immediately told me not to rent here due to poor management. Didn’t even have to step inside to know that this isn’t a good place to rent!

Now that I am finally out of there, I would say living at Boutique28 was one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had. Some of the issues I encountered while being a tenant included: -Failure to maintain basic security – My car was broken into multiple time, packages have been stolen, and homeless individuals have at times slept in the entryway.
