Now that I am finally out of there, I would say living at Boutique28 was one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had. Some of the issues I encountered while being a tenant included: -Failure to maintain basic security – My car was broken into multiple time, packages have been stolen, and homeless individuals have at times slept in the entryway.
