My experience living here was extremely disappointing, especially as a mother with children. There were multiple issues with the apartment that were not properly addressed, and communication with management was frustrating. One of the biggest problems was an issue with mold in the bathroom. Maintenance came, removed tiles, but the work was left unfinished for weeks. I’ve been really happy with Boutique 28 so far. I absolutely love my apartment, the space is great, the amenities are a huge plus, and the location is hard to beat. Getting into a place that I genuinely feel comfortable in and excited to come home to has meant a lot to me, probably more than I can really put into a review. Let alone that it feels like I’m living in a townhouse in uptown, Staci and management are so refreshing to have on site as prompt and attentive as they are. I am CONFUSED how barely anyone lives here and I’m on my second year. Props to the upgrade in management and amenities all around I tell everyone uptown is the spot especially if you’re under 40 so if you’re even thinking about it, just do it

Very poor customer service from the start. I arranged a property tour but never received any follow-up confirmation. I reached out several times through different contact methods, including phone and online chat, but no one responded. It made the leasing process feel disorganized and unprofessional. If prospective renters can't get basic assistance, it's hard to trust that tenant concerns would be handled any better.

Now that I am finally out of there, I would say living at Boutique28 was one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had. Some of the issues I encountered while being a tenant included: -Failure to maintain basic security – My car was broken into multiple time and packages have been stolen. The staff refused to answer questions over email or in person directly. They also refused to show me video footage of the supposed working camera in the garage.
