Now that I am finally out of there, I would say living at Boutique28 was one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had. Some of the issues I encountered while being a tenant included: -Failure to maintain basic security – My car was broken into multiple time, packages have been stolen, and homeless individuals have at times slept in the entryway. Extremely unresponsive, went for a tour and they were 45 minutes
Firefighters had to break my front door when my girlfriend and our 3-year-old daughter were trapped inside — because Boutique 28 (RPM Living) had no emergency maintenance staff. I’m an active-duty soldier who provided official deployment orders under SCRA, and instead of following the law they tried to stick me with $4,047.09 in bogus fees and kept my deposit.
