Horrible experience. They actually denied entrance to 3 of my friends. I sat at a table with my girlfriend and saved 3 chairs for friends who were arriving shortly after us. They wouldn't let anyone in, even if a seat was reserved for them, for about 20 minutes. Then they only let people in who had a seat reserved by someone else. The servers were actually running from table to table and back to the bar. You'd think that their proximity to the Maverick center would have them prepared for a rush like this. They served my dinner -changed just the way I asked for it, it was fresh and was a LOT of food, the price was good, and my server Danni was Awesome!
Horrible joint, horrible food horrible staff. If this was the last place on earth I would not go back... I wish I had read these reviews before going but it was close to my hotel and I just wanted something quick. Ordered fish and chips and got three cremated morsels of something and a few Frito Lay chips,,,,,, WTF.
If i could give ZERO stars, I would... I went and checked this place out last night.. worse mistake of my LIFE!!!!!! Walked in, both bar tenders saw me, looked at me, but neither greated me... the gentleman acted as if he was too good to talk to females. Took about 1o mins of sitting at the bar before i was even asked if I'd been helped. Ordered a drink and the bar tender was too busy texting on her phone to provide any kind of service. What crappy service. And over the top arrogant tender. All I wanted was a Jameson Mahattan. Not a lesson on what their drink menu says. Ummm, perhaps some bar tender school is in order.
Went to two different Bout time bars... in one night, first one never got served or talked to. Then we left and came to this one and again didn't get served or even acknowledged for 15 min... food wasn't amazing, service sucked... not going back for sure
The service here is terrible!! The waiter have a smart ass attitude Adan is being a crude waiter talking back n over all being completely unprofessional. Dropping drinks on guests and not even apologizing for his actions! A red headed waitress completely ignored us at one table we asked Adan to relay the message to his manager instead he wanted to protect his co worker and tell her she confronted us and began to explain how she was incapable of keeping up with the other table next to us in her tone as if it wasn't her fault.... read more
