I was driving thru on a road trip to visit family when I got a flat tire. Brought my car here. Turned out to be a cracked rim! Tim was EXTREMELY helpful and honest. He called around and found someplace to repair the rim (rather than try to sell me a new one). He took the tire off, took it to be fixed, and reinstalled. All of this in a reasonable amount of time. He was very respectful and honest. Any mechanic could have easily ripped us off since it was obvious we were traveling. Highly recommend this shop!
We were in route to Austin Texas for our daughter's graduation and our van started wobbling all over the road. We exited the highway in Crowley Louisiana and found Bourque's Automotive and Tire. Tim and his crew changed out rear tires and aligned the van backup in no time and had us back on the road. Thanks Tim and crew!!!!! The Cobb family Lafayette, La.
Went above and beyond to get me back on the road! On a Friday at 4:00pm at that !!
We were on a cross country trip when the water pump decided to break.... after contacting a towing service I was googling for a good garage to go to and found Bourque's Automotive...... I can't say enough good about all the Terrific people there who went out of their way to help us get back on the road.... if I could have given them a 10 star rating I would have... Thank You Bourque's !
