Had emergency no heat issues with my nat gas forced hot air carrier furnace. Bourque was great about scheduling and pricing out both a repair and a replacement. Highly recommend!
I would highly recommend Bourque. We just recently purchases a new house and have no service contract for our furnace and A/C units. Our heat went out overnight and we called multiple other companies and were unable to get a tech scheduled to fix the emergency issue any time soon. John from Bourque was here 15 minutes after I called and found the problem promptly. He was polite and knowledgeable. Best of all, they do not require a service contract. I will be using them for all of my maintenance and issues going forward.
Furnace tune-up today with Shawn (or Sean) from Bourque was excellent. He was prompt, neat and knowledgeable. We have been using them for our HVAC needs for several years and have had good service. Hope Shawn will be our technician again in future!

These guys are great! My A/C went out during the day, and when I came home...I was able to talk to someone at 9:00 at night. They diagnosed it over the phone with me, but talked me through the after hours pricing...and we decided that I could wait until the next day and get the same repair for less money. I would definitely recommend this team for your HVAC needs.
