I called them to have two furnaces serviced and cleaned. They quoted me $375 over the phone and I said ok. When the tech came out he was rude and unprofessional. He went out and took a cigarette break and complained about the work. When he returned to the office they billed me $675. I spoke with someone at the office and they stated the charge was higher because he spent additional time cleaning out the furnaces. i just had the most wonderful experience with Bourque Mechanical My Furnace People. and Shane Flint, owner. On aSunday, this long-time customer sent an email inquiry about my air conditioning unit not cooling; Shane not only answeredmy email on a Sunday but came in person to check on Monday. Shane checked everything, even told me how to order the filters online and replace them myself. Always quick to respond and professional. They replaced my failed Hot water heater the same day I called! The new installation is much cleaner than the previous. A pleasure to work with and reasonably priced services. I couldn't recommend them more.
Steve & Justin did a great job installing a new furnace and humidifier for me. Timely, professional and they left a clean work environment. Would recommend Bourque to anyone looking for HVAC work.
I just had Bourque out to install 2 new furnaces and 2 new air conditioners. It was a pleasure to work with them from start to finish. The estimator they sent out was incredibly knowledgeable and had a straightforward low pressure sales style. (Win the work with competence vibe.) The crew that they sent over was awesome and did very clean efficient work. When the inspector came through everything passed with no comments. Great company to work with.
