Terrible doctors office. Doesnt open on time and doesnt even answer there phone... Terrible doctors and there all bots. STAY AWAY from here they'll make your problem worse.
Dr Bourne was an amazing doctor took all my kids there for the past 16 years, never had an issue, sometimes had to wait a little more than usual but worth it. His staff was always friendly and very helpful. He has retired and now the office is very disorganized and the new staff is rude and incompetent. The new Dr is not a good one she’s all over the place and rushing though the appointments Dr Bourne would be ashamed if he knew how his prior practice is being run. Picked up their records and ran outta there.
It is just said that Dr. Bourne had retired, his placement is a rude Dr, I don't even know her name. I wasn't happy when she saw my youngest one so I decided to switch Dr. I had stop by at the office to ask for a document and she was rude, throwing my son's chart on the floor and influencing the staff to be rude to me as well. What a shame. Do not recommend this new Doctor at all.
Very reliable doctor, if my son is sick I can call and go the same day. He is very detailed and never had a problem here. The staff is fast and nice.
