I have had a snowblower repaired and had no problems. It was completed on the day it was promised and called when they had it repaired. I have bought a lawn edger and weed wacker and had no problems. Staff was courteous. Looking at buying a lawn tractor next.

I have to agree with Jamie went in their to get a new blade for my lawnmower and the lady acted as if was bothering her. They always seem up tight and agitated. When I asked them how long for a tune up on a lawnmower she said 2 to 3 weeks. I asked if I could make an appointment she said no you have to leave it. I can't not let my grass go that long without cutting it and she replied it's going to take 2 or 3 days before the grass dries. Worst service and parts around. Everything is 2 and 3 weeks waiting time they sell the stuff but just cannot get the parts or do the service. I thought after the 1st bad experience it may be me but I just need a belt for a lawn mower and they have to order it . Husqvarna book shows a 92 1/2'' belt and actually is 132''

Sorry to hear that sir, we are at the mercy of the manufacturer, we do not make the product. Spring time is very busy for all servicing dealers. That is why we start taking Spring Equipment in in February.
I just purchase a snow thrower. Was treated with respect. Competitive pricing. No pressure, they went through a small training process to get to know the basics. Put machine in my car. I am glad I found Bourlier's. So far so good!
