Started feeling phantom pains from where a tooth was hurting and thought it was normal. Made an appointment to see a dentist in town here because I felt wrong. Went in for some major work on me to find out after 6 weeks in recovery, They missed one tooth? Not bad enough having to go an hour and a half there and same back. How do you do that? I do wish to state that the receptionists were great. Now I have to wait another 6 weeks from when I can get into a dentist here to finish the problem I went there for.
Dr. Bourget and his staff could have not been more welcoming, professional, efficient and kind. They immediately put me at ease and made the experience very easy. I would highly recommend Dr. Bourget and his wonderful nurses.
It’s absolutely depressing how this surgeon got away with what he did to his sedated patient. Imagine, if your oral surgeon allowed an unqualified person to perform surgery on you without your consent. The betrayal of trust. It’s an injustice. How can anyone trust this person’s judgment?? I wonder how he would feel if this had happened to him??
