She completely understood what I needed in a vehicle. she kept in touch and made her self available for me when I needed her. she made the process easy! I can't say enough about my experience at Napelton. I drove an hour and a half to make this deal and it was well worth the drive. I even received a message the very next day thanking me and letting me know if there is anything I ever need to give them a call and they will drive the hour and a half to pick up my car for any repairs that need to be done give me a loaner and bring it back. From the GM to the loan processor, to the sales staff this dealership gets an A+ rating from me.
Al Smith and team made the process of buying a car fast and unstressful. Never have I been taken care of so quickly to get a new car. LOVE the car!
