Poor service, rude personnel and apparently not familiar with local area Someone sent us a floral bouquet which, unfortunately, was routed through this local shop. Apparently they are not familiar with the local area even though it is a small town (only one zip code) and our address is easy to find. Instead of using mapquest, or asking someone familiar with the community, the manager called us up for directions to our house. He was unable to follow even simple instructions....Did not even appear to know where the biggest car... read more
Best in Boone Best service and longest lasting flowers in the High country. Have delt with them for 8 total anniversaries and Birthdays now without a one having a hitch. Previous poster must have the name of the shop mixed up as I have never had a single issue in multiple dealings.
We had Bouquet Florist do the bouquets, boutonnieres, and arrangements for our daughters wedding. Steve met with me a couple of times, listened, took notes and was very patient. Everything was exactly the way I imagined it to be! We had so many compliments on the flowers! Thanks for helping to make our daughters day so special! Natalie
Thanks to Steve at Bouquet we had absolutely no worries concerning my daughter's wedding. He was so very helpful and never missed one item concerning the flowers, decorations and the entire bridal party. Everything was handled so professionally and with such graciousness. The Daniel Boone Gardens was the location and everything was just beautiful. I would highly recommend this wonderful florist and especially Steve for always being so kind and helpful.

Horrible service. Unable to find simple local address in same zip code area as there shop! Rude on the phone. These people pretend to deliver flowers to the Boone NC area but apparently do not possess either a map, or an employee with common sense and professionalism. They called on the phone to get directions to deliver flowers to my house.
