Poor service, rude personnel and apparently not familiar with local area Someone sent us a floral bouquet which, unfortunately, was routed through this local shop. Apparently they are not familiar with the local area even though it is a small town (only one zip code) and our address is easy to find. Instead of using mapquest, or asking someone familiar with the community, the manager called us up for directions to our house. Best in Boone Best service and longest lasting flowers in the High country. Have delt with them for 8 total anniversaries and Birthdays now without a one having a hitch. Previous poster must have the name of the shop mixed up as I have never had a single issue in multiple dealings.
