Lived there for multiple years. I liked the townhomes and the management.
Rented from them for 2 years. Paid a $650 security deposit and after we moved out they are stating we owe them an extra $275! There were stains on the carpet when we moved in and were told the carpet was going to be replaced when we moved out. They removed the carpet of course, but charged up for replacing it PLUS charged us for carpet cleaning as well! They also charged us $275 for painting and wall repairs.....
