Went in looking to order some flowers, the middle aged brunette woman I encountered sitting behind the counter was cold, dismissive, and lacking basic customer service -the kind of tone you'd expect if you were interrupting someone’s nap, not giving them business. I won't be back, and I’ll be sure to steer others away to Lilypollen which has wonderful and warm customer service, up the road.
