The team at Bountiful Mazda's Service Department is simply phenomenal. They are friendly, informative, detail-oriented, and really care so much about making sure that every time I bring my car in that I am taken care of. I specifically want to shout out Ryan for going above and beyond today to make sure that the concern I had with my car was identified and resolved. It's clear that this team truly cares about every customer that walks in, and that is something I deeply appreciate.
We have received outstanding service from Ryan Charleson and Ann Hurst at Bountiful Mazda. We purchased our CX-5 pre-owned from a different dealership, and it came with a little surprise from the prior owner’s pets. The service team at Bountiful took care of it in short order.
