The team at Bountiful Mazda's Service Department is simply phenomenal. They are friendly, informative, detail-oriented, and really care so much about making sure that every time I bring my car in that I am taken care of. I specifically want to shout out Ryan for going above and beyond today to make sure that the concern I had with my car was identified and resolved. It's clear that this team truly cares about every customer that walks in, and that is something I deeply appreciate.
We have received outstanding service from Ryan Charleson and Ann Hurst at Bountiful Mazda. We purchased our CX-5 pre-owned from a different dealership, and it came with a little surprise from the prior owner’s pets. The service team at Bountiful took care of it in short order. The service of the repair and maintenance department is very good. I originally went to the murry Mazda store to solve the function damage caused by a loose camera on the windshield of my car, and my car has a warranty, but they said that my glass is not original glass, refused to repair it, and asked me to pay 130 dollars for repair and inspection (too stupid). Then I went to the Mazda store in bountiful and they fixed it for me for free. The same brand of store service is completely different, very do not recommend murry m... read more
