Worst experience at a doctors office ever. Office staff is horrendous. Repeated calls for a solution for wrong prescription written. Zero accountability, no urgency or empathy. Finally escalated to disgruntled Office manager who immediately wanted to fight and argue. Immediately made everything worse. No problem solving skills, just talked over and at me. Treated with contempt by three different staff members who all need ethics training. BEWARE Students and clerical staff run this office not the doctors.

My scores for two dr's and staff: Dr Oaks 0 Dr Draper 5 Staff 5 There are a lot of good people who work for Oaks Medical Group however, I could not possibly be less impressed with Dr Oaks. His patients are just numbers and he has a quota to meet.
