I had a work issue with my hearing aids, where I needed a special accommodation. Taya went above and beyond to help solve the problem so I could hear better at work. She was awesome!
I was so happy with the hearing test that I just had at hearing brain in Bountiful. I had been having some problems with my hearing. The audiologist found the problem which was the wax in my one ear. She sent me to an ENT doctor and he found the wax was stuck to my ear drums in both ears. She also adjusted my hearing aids so I hear so good again. I have encouraged my friend to go see her in the office and see what they can do for her. She needs a hearing test as she hears practically nothing unless you scream at her. Hopeful... read more

My first appointment was very good. Chelli and Taya both did a great job making me feel comfortable. I noticed a huge improvement in my tinnitus immediately on day one. Day two the relief was less noticeable but I am hopeful I will see some great results Taya fine tunes my subscription for my ears.
