Super slow internet, (as I’m typing this it’s .16 Mbps) the ward is zoned with an apartment on the other side of town, aggressive cleaning checks, maintenance takes a really long time to fix the biggest problems. We had a massive hole in the wall behind the cupboards from the day I moved to 4 months later and it still hasn’t been touched. The covered car port leaks water in some places.
