Never going to this Instacare again. We were told that Kidscare now is the same price as Instacare (which it didn't used to be), and then I ended up getting double-charged for both the $50 we paid that day and then another bill for $35 which is what Kidscare usually costs. When I called to clear up the bill, Intermountain said that it was $35 for the visit plus $15 for the flu test, which wouldn't make sense because we hadn't done the flu test when the receptionist had me pay the $50 for the visit. My wife made an appointment 4 weeks out for today. They sent 20 confirmation emails/texts with instructions to arrive 20 minutes early and go to reception. She arrived 20 minutes early and went to reception as directed. The ladies there were very rude, waited a while to even acknowledge her, then said "put your name on the list." I have never been here before, and had scheduled an appointment in advance. I got a ton of text reminders and email reminders about my appointment. I arrived 40 minutes prior to my appointment as instructed and went to reception to check in. I even notified the my chart app I had arrived. Reception told me to put my name on the list and wait to be checked in. After about an hour they finally called me up and informed me I was in the wrong place.
