My wife made an appointment 4 weeks out for today. They sent 20 confirmation emails/texts with instructions to arrive 20 minutes early and go to reception. She arrived 20 minutes early and went to reception as directed. The ladies there were very rude, waited a while to even acknowledge her, then said "put your name on the list." I have never been here before, and had scheduled an appointment in advance. I got a ton of text reminders and email reminders about my appointment. I arrived 40 minutes prior to my appointment as instructed and went to reception to check in. I even notified the my chart app I had arrived. Reception told me to put my name on the list and wait to be checked in. After about an hour they finally called me up and informed me I was in the wrong place. Our old pediatrician closed. We were so sad, however I am so glad that this is where we switched our kids to! Our new pediatrician is Heather Miller. She has been seeing my baby after she was born. She is genuinely caring and kind. She addresses all of my concerns, she's patient and understanding with my moody kids. She seems very knowledgeable and teaches my kids when she's in the clinic. I very much appreciate her and the way she treats her patients. Thank you
🚨‼️🚨‼️🚨Update after one start review: they asked me to call. So I did. Twice. After he finally returned my call, they literally caught lying to the VA, and now, by me. When clinic relations called me and refused to take me off speaker phone that he said I wasn’t on. This place and its staff is total trash! I’m asking the VA to move me.
