I arrived in the afternoon, I was taken back with no waiting, the staff was very friendly and helpful, unlike other locations which I have visited in the past! I plan to use this location in the future!
IHC has started replacing their doctors with AI! I am absolutely disappointed in this clinic. I've been coming here since I was a child and have had very few issues. Recently, the doctors have been using AI to replace their own knowledge. This is not a hypothesis of mine, the doctor will state this fact to you and proceed to use AI to ask and answer your questions. This is insane.
