I have experienced absolutely horrible customer service by Bountiful city light and power recently. I left on April 10th to visit family in Taipei, taiwan. I owed on a past due balance but I figured I could pay online while I was overseas since phone communication can be extremely difficult. However, something I'd forgotten is that bountiful city power online doesn't let the customer pay an amount specified by the customer.
