I rented a home through Boundless for 2 years. From the beginning, staff were attentive to my needs and made the application and approval process as simple as possible. I have used Boundless Management for a variety of services since 2017. The have found tenants that have been fantastic and have been in my units for over 5 years. I do not use then for specifically for monthly management services but I do call on them when I need small repairs done here and there since I do not live in Atlanta. I highly recommend their services to anyone in the Atlanta area!
I gave one start because I have to do so to write a review. Beware... You will pay the application fee and get declined. Thats how they make money. They did not even have the decency to call or email me to tell me we are declined or tell me the reason untill I call. They dont put the information they need for approval. I pray for you that you will repent.
I just moved out and i want to thsnk Riel green for her professiinalism. Thanks for a pkeasant experience considering my circumstance. It has been a pleasure.
Boundless management has been amazing from the very first day at move in. They are fast and reliable and the entire staff is very knowledgeable and professional. What I enjoy more than anything, is the open and fast communication. Thank you Boundless!
