Very good, will definitely go back!!
Bread was dry. Salad was more croutons than lettuce. Salmon was dry. Baked potato not cooked enough. Music coming thru speaker was all hip hop/rap. People who ordered after me got their food before me. Drink was good. Beer cheese and pretzel was good. Waitress was friendly. I would suggest only going for drinks and appetizers.
The wine and shrimp were good. Had to ask for bread service, the prime rib was cooked wrong and ice cold. My aunt ordered shrimp and ribs, they forgot the ribs. Our baked potatoes were so cold they wouldn't even melt butter. The manager stayed behind the bar drinking and never came out. Our check was never adjusted for any of this lousy meal. I used to love boundary waters, I will not go back and I urge you to save your money. We just wasted 76.00 dollars what a waste of a once great restaurant!

John cooked for our Friday friendship meal at St. Johns Episcopal Church. Food was hot, amazing!!!! and he feed 50 people. Thank you John. Bless you for helping. We have been doing this for the past 11 years and people commend us, say what a great gift, we have never had help so what a pleasure it was not only for us but for those in need if a hot meal. �
This was our 2nd visit to Boundry Waters. Our 1st experience was great. Food was very good and service was awesome. Last night was Valentine's Day and our experience was quite the opposite �. Service was slow, my husband's food was cold and steak was way under cooked, but we didn't complain because of how long we had already waited. We had to ask the hostess to find our waitress when we were ready to pay and another waitress had to clear our table. Sorry Boundry Waters...need to step up your game!
Hands down!!! Was one of the best meals we have had at restaurant. John and his staff do a great job at kicking ass for every meal I have had at Boundary Waters. �
Fresh, health-conscious food, courteous staff. The Tex-Mex salad makes for a great meal.
