Tonight's experience was very disappointing! All were to blame the waiter, the cook and the manager. Salads are not meant to come out the same time as the meal. You should never see the bottom of your drink glass. Crab legs should never be cooked too long as the meat sticks to the shell. And you should never have to wait 30 minutes on the bill. Shut her down for a week, hire and train new staff and bring this restaurant up to the standards every diner deserves.
