The woman who helped my friends and I was personable and patient with us while we chose our charms. The selection of charms was nice, but I did not like the atmosphere of the space. The lighting and walls were very white and not cutely decorated. It was also hard to have multiple people looking at the charms at once since they were in a condensed space against the wall. A cozy atmosphere would go a long way toward making the experience of making the bracelet fun. Definitely more a place for permanent jewelry which is ok.
Came here for the permanent jewelry with my daughter, Claire was amazing, we got matching bracelets and other pieces! Will come again.
