My mom and I visited Bound as part of a girls day out and had a great experience getting our permanent jewelry. The whole process was smooth and welcoming from start to finish. Not long after my appointment, my bracelet did break - but when I brought it back in, it was repaired quickly, no questions asked, and at no extra cost. I can’t say enough about Bound Nolo! I first went to their shop in person to get a personalized permanent bracelet, the experience was great and their staff was so kind. I had it for a few months and the bracelet broke, I had moved out of MN and reached out to them over social media. They allowed me to send it back to the shop and they fixed it free of charge. If you haven’t been to their store I definitely recommend checking it out. Beautiful high quality jewelry!!
This place is so fun and welcoming! Claire makes the experience relaxing with no rush. Loving my new permanent bracelet.
