My mom and I visited Bound as part of a girls day out and had a great experience getting our permanent jewelry. The whole process was smooth and welcoming from start to finish. Not long after my appointment, my bracelet did break - but when I brought it back in, it was repaired quickly, no questions asked, and at no extra cost.
