Claire & Colleen have been phenomenal to work with. We booked them for an event for some high profile clients and they were sweet, adaptable, and so helpful. I have been in twice on a personal level, once with my four year old, and Claire is literally referred to as “my very best friend” by my daughter because of how sweet she was with her. 10000% recommend them to anyone looking for charms or permanent jewelry!
Love love love my permanent hand chain. I got it to match a permanent bracelet I have from a different location and they had the same charm to match, I love how cohesive it turned out. Cutest little store with friendly and helpful staff, an overall great experience. 🥰
Bound Nolo is ADORABLE. The vibe is fun and welcoming, and the variety of jewelry and charms they offer is great. There is also enough space for a group. My friend and I went in together for an appointment and enjoyed ourselves from the moment we arrived. It was a relaxed experience and we didn’t feel rushed at all to choose our jewelry or charms. We enjoyed chatting with our welder and getting her opinion on which styles we should pick. We will definitely be back and we’ll bring friends!
Really enjoyed my two bracelets for the first month! Was promised playing casual volleyball wouldn’t harm the bracelet but after the first month both one of my bracelets and two of my best friend’s bracelets (who I got them with) broke off and we were unable to locate them. My friend found one of hers and took it back to be repaired and notified the store that the other broke off within one month of purchase and they offered a $10 discount on a new bracelet.
