Yesterday was our last time at this location - it was a zoo - very crowded, and lots of big kids pushing in front of little kids, and nothing being done by the "staff"...they used to limit the admissions-looks like the dollar is now what counts. Goodbye, Bounce U. We'll try another location next time, but if that's more of the same, it will be the last time, period.
We had our daughter's 5th birthday here and it was great! We had to do absolutely NO WORK, the party leaders did everything. I brought my own decorations and one of the leaders got the whole room set up so quickly I couldn't believe it. I went to help her set it up, and the only thing left to do was the balloons - she was so fast. The staff was very friendly, organized, and the kids had a really fun time.
Cant beat this for a kids party in a box. They run it like a machine, price is good for the city - kids have a blast, the parents usually work up a sweat & get their bounce on too, plus the slides are hilarious.
I've been taking my children to bounce u for years, always with a great experience. However this last visit was a nightmare. The max of 25 children was now raised to 40. There were way too many people (kids and adults) on the inflatables. My 2 year old nearly got crushed several times. It was total chaos. I will not be coming back here unless they lower the amount of people.
First time and my 2&3 year old had a blast the staff is kid friendly I even book my baby party their at the end of the month clean and most important the kids had a blast
Very comfortable place to take the kids to have fun, staff was excellent, I totally recommend it
Great fun for kids and adults! Always have a lot of fun there with my girls.
