Overall we had a great time! Place seemed cleaned. Staff were attentive. They consulted with me about my daughters party ever step of the way. Even when I first walked through the doors they took the favors and told me that they will take care of everything. Everyone is talking about the party the next day. Celebrated my son's 3rd birthday there and he didn't want to leave. What else need to be said. We had a blast, even the adults. And the staff was great and accommodating.

We were hosting a double party for 2 girls. We were assured that we would have 2 of everything - chairs, bin, birthday child souvenir... A week prior to the party I come to find out that all of the promises were lies. The facility will only provide 1 of everything and even if we wanted to pay for additional items, they are not available as the facility only has 1 item per party available and no backups.
