2 words: BAD SERVICE. The kids had fun if course but with my experience I just had it was horrible. Over priced, super strict policy, and horrible employees. My 2 party hosts had attitudes with the kids acting like they were annoyed teenagers and I over heard one host say she hates kids. Why work in a children's party place if you hate children and are rude to them? The food was decent (pasta overcooked) but I will say never throwing a party here again neither will I recommend it.
