Had my sister's party there and it was amazing! Excellent customer service! Helpers were great! Adults & kids had a blast! I highly recommend It!
I only put 1 star because it was the only way to right a review. HORRiBLE customer service. I DO NOT recommend this place. I spoke to a woman named CHRISTINA today & after having to call for the 3rd time about details because no one was getting back to me, she was the most DISRESPECTFUL person I had ever encountered. She raised her voice at me , gave me attitude & was being VERY condescending!!! I couldn't believe the conversation I was having. Im so glad I didn't waste my hard earned money there!!!

Love this place! Great family fun, excellent private parties and the Open Bounces are great for kids of all ages!
Exiting place!! A must go. My (2) two boys loved the open bounce session. And after the session was over they enjoyed their time at the lovely park across the street. Thinking about having a birthday party for my youngest.
