The host for Angel was amazing today, from the time we came in the morning until the end everything was just so organised and the food was awesome and it came on time , we just sat and relaxed whilst our host took care of everything my daughter had a nice time , she loved it and we loved it too no stress at all .
The baby playground is disgusting. For my whole session (during lunch time rush, with a party happening in the area) no one came and cleaned the tables. Food and rubbish left on the floor and tables. Theres a literal gaping hole in the netting of the baby area, going into the big playground (which is so dark for some reason theres no lighting at all). Everything looks gross, unmaintained, dirty. Our host was very hospitable. Organised everything seamlessly. Party was over right on time. Lots of activities to keep the children active and occupied. Not a dull moment.
The worst place if anything goes wrong, you are written off. I have a child injured with lack of supervision… hit by ball from behind and needed surgeries and no follow call and they call back after I left message and they let me know they won’t call back. It horrible experience, don’t go!
