I want will as a coach again same with Anthony they always teach me new tricks and there dedication is awesome it is a very awesome big and fun place on the weekends and in the school holidays you have to book in time slots. Because they book out very fast

We had our son’s birthday here over the weekend! Pretty disappointed the front staff couldn’t be bothered and were rude for the arrival and check in process. It was back to back with parties so we had to wait in the front area until the room was ready. Hello, We normally have a fantastic time at Bounce when we go, and we go quite frequently....but I just wanted to give you some feedback on your kids birthday parties. I had my son's Birthday party with Bounce today and felt the whole experience to be very chaotic. Being put into a room to be briefed, get socks and wrist bands on and told about the rules.
