Exceptionally friendly
Brilliant. I needed a place to hold my luggage while I spent the last day of my trip in DC. I had a late flight and didn't want to drag my stuff all day. The online booking process was easy and fast. The place is in a used bookstore and you'll swear you're in the wrong place, but you're not. The store is packed with books and a delightful and patient guy behind the counter will scan your code, take your bags, give you a bottle of water, and let you pick out a free book. Absolutely wonderful little newshop I would make a point of stopping at his store in the future. Very easy process would absolutely recommend
The man that helped me was great! We started chatting as I picked up my bag, I sadly had to leave off to the airport and was in a hurry but he was so kind I wish I could've stayed longer to chat haha! First time visitors of the store get a free book! I was never concerned about my bag :)
