Everything went great. Dropping bags was quick and picking them up was also very easy, they also were kind enough to let me use their restroom (which they did not necessarily had to do)

Easy to find, nice staff, had a toilet and some water - could have asked for more.
Great location just a block from the Government Centre and it's transport links. The check in process was simple and efficient, and the information provide by Bounce was easy to use. The receptionist was very helpful and allowed us to sit and use the free WiFi, and to use the rest room to get changed. I would recommend this storage location in Downton Miami, and would use them again.
