The service was great, we got our stuff back as we left it and the staff was friendly. One thing that could be improved: the luggage storage is a bit hard to find, there could be more signs in the building pointing toward the venue which has it.
The location we booked in downtown was easy to find. The owner was also super sweet and nice (I recommend his store too; full of interesting and fun trinkets!). Check-in/out was also easy to do, just a QR code.
