Delivery went smoothly. He took the time to help place the bounce house perfectly in our yard. It was cleaned right before the kids jumped in. We were given helpful tips and instructions. He was a very kind and helpful person. The kids had a blast and are already asking for another bounce house for the next family party!
I have used bounce blast since they were just starting out and the experience just gets better and better each year. Their staff from the owners to the youngest kids are all kind, respectful of you and your property and the equipment is all in exceptional condition! I rented the 18ft waterside for my daughter's graduation party. This was the best thing ever. I had to change the date and bounce blast was understanding and still made accommodations for me. The boys that came to set it up were great very polite, helpful answered all questions and told me everything I needed to know. Bounce Blast had great communication wirh me from beginning to the end.
