I was pre diabetic a year ago. Within my first year rebounding, I became a certified fit boot instructor, I’m no longer pre diabetic and my clothes are too big. Vanessa is the best Master Trainer. She is stern, loving, supportive and oh so kind. The love you feel from the Bounce Back Crew is absolutely amazing!
