Yes Lisa Lu I have been having the same problem with the office staff. I have not been able to connect with anyone is the problem that I have.
I have been waiting for 3 weeks for one of the doctors to call me back. It is so frustrating when you call and speak to Tracey and she is super rude! She treated me as if my concerns/problems weren't a priority. She actually stated that the doctors call people back based off of the patients problems, however she didn't even know my condition. My issue isn't with the doctors it's with the office people and them not being caring towards the patients!
