Office is clean, staff are cooperative and personable. Staff seem a little stretched and are not immediately responsive, but I did eventually get what I needed. Dealing with them in person is easy. Dr. Boulos seems to know his stuff, but the practices there (polishing, sealing) sometimes seem to diverge from practices I saw at Health Partners dental. I don't know who's right about those things. By far the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. The employees are pleasant and professional, the office is well appointed, the equipment is cutting edge but most importantly the dentist is the friendliest I've come across in 50 plus years and too many dentists to count. He introduces himself by his first name, come on, how unpretentious? But that's not the best part, when was the last time your dentist called you after your visit to make sure you were doing well. Being the significant other of a military man, I've been to my fair share of different dentists. I'm also sort of a difficult patient, a very nervous patient. Dr. Boulos and his staff are AMAZING. He takes his time and is truly interested in what you need as a patient, not just the dollar signs that come along with you. They have state of the art, top notch equipment, right down to how they take pictures of your teeth. This little wand camera they just point and click.
