Our yoga classes help heal the body, mind, heart and soul, featuring beginner classes to advanced classes as well as vinyasa classes, special workshops and yoga teacher training. We welcome any age and shape, whether you can twist like a pretzel or barely touch your toes! We offer classes 7 days a week to make sure we accommodate your work/life schedule! Our practice also offers Acupuncture, administered by a our staff who is certified and holds a Ph.D. to ensure expert care.

Jennifer leads her studio with such kindness and compassion that it is impossible not to open your heart and receive the healing power of love. We are so blessed to have this satsang in our city.
