We welcome any age and shape, whether you can twist like a pretzel or barely touch your toes! We offer classes 7 days a week to make sure we accommodate your work/life schedule! Our practice also offers Acupuncture, administered by a our staff who is certified and holds a Ph.D. to ensure expert care.
