Leilani is awesome she's been a great help ever since I moved in. The apartment is exactly what I was looking for, building is nice and clean. The neighborhood is busy but peaceful
BE CAREFUL MOVING HERE! The property manager would literally watch the cameras to see who comes in and out your apartment! Her attitudes be so uncalled for ! the elevator takes forever. It’s always something with this building they’ll complain about the littlest thing.
Overpriced horrible maintenance, nothing gets fixed, people pee in the elevators and hallways, the leasing office manager is horrible and lacks customer service. It’s like paying to live in a prison. That’s 1500 a month to be incarcerated there you are being watched on camera and god forbid your car gets broken into or someone steals your package the cameras magically don’t work anymore. Leilani is the best! From day one, she’s been professional, kind, and truly dedicated to the properties and tenants. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. The property management overall is top-notch—they’re always working to improve things in a timely manner, and you can see yearly upgrades at both properties.
