Worst experience with a property management company ever. Jodie is a manipulator and she will treat your renters poorly. Her lease she tried to give us contradicted itself multiple times. Just a heads up to the people renting from her, READ THE LEASE AND TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING. She will charge you for cleaning no matter how well you clean after you move out, she will charge you for normal living wear and tear, and then she will try to take all of your deposit.
