Late night favorite – Open later than anyone else. Late night munchies! Never had a bad sub from them yet. Real good philly. Had the philly pizza recently and it was amazing!
Great Pizza – I eat from Chanello's all the time! You can't beat the price for the quality you're getting. I was told they actually hand make the dough every day. Taste the difference!
great place for grea food – the pizza was the best . my wife pasta was exellent . we enjoy every thing. stuff was freindly. i will never eat any where else.
closest thing to ct/ny pizza you can find around here – This pizza is the closest you can get to New England pizza. It's so good! i havent had anything else from there but i recommend the pizza. they have a HUGE 24" that can feed the whole family + some. the only thing i would suggest is picking it up since the delivery time is usually pretty long.
nothing beatsa a pizza from chanellos ya right – i will never eat at chanellos again. the service was horrible. i was put on hold for ten minutes. and when the person actually answered the phone they took my order. i waited three hours to get my food delivered and when i got my food not only was it cold it was wrong. i understand they may be busy or evan short staffed but a three hour wait is to long. by the time i called back they said they were closed. the delivery driver was rude i ordered a second time because i did like... read more
Watch Out – .They over-work and under pay, they lied to prevent Unemployment, they allow no breaks nor any rest periods,.
Good Pizza but poor phone ettiquette/customer service skills – Chanello's pizza is good & a prettygood deal too. But I have to say I am NOT impressed with the phone ettiquette and/or employee customer service I have received 2 out of the 4 times I have called. bleh – Ordered a medium bbq chicken.. Opened it up didn't look that great so I tasted it.. Didn't taste like bbq at all. There was some pink stuff in it that made it look like chunks of upchuck. I took a few more bites but the thought that maybe it was upchuck just totally turned me off. Taste was bad looked even worse.
