Boulevard Towing is the worst place I have ever dealt with! Our company had an accident and they were called to tow our tractor trailer. The trailer was totaled but the tractor was still drivable. They would not release the tractor until the bill, which was outrageous, was paid in full by the insurance company. They basically held our tractor hostage, which correlates to lost time and money on present and future jobs. Person on the phone ( the dispatcher, presumably the owner) promised to send a tow truck right away. Called back and they said they were on their way. Half hour called back to change the destination we wanted the car towed to and to find out where they were and was met with rudeness and nastiness, accusing me of calling three times ( bothering him). Watch out, They will tow your car. One day, I went to the supermarket and parked my car in the parking lot. When I went out, I saw Boulevard Towing Truck towing my car out out of the lot. I ran and caught up to the driver and told him that it was the first time that I went there and didn't know that I was trespassing. The driver told me to give him $100.00 to get the car back. Car getting fixed – Just wanted to share my experience with others. They fixed my car after an accident recently. The manager of the shop was extremely helpful and explained the process of what I needed to do. He was experienced for sure and knowledgable about how to communicate with the insurance companies in getting things done properly and quickly. I would definitley reccommend them for any repair work on a car if you had an accident. Thanks. Boulevard

a nice surprise This is the first honest towing comany i've come across. The fee was fair and the price stayed the same as they quoted me over the phone. The staff was professional. On the way to pick up my vehicle yesterday i almost started to stress when i realized i forgot my laptop, camera in the back. It was a very pleasant surprise to find eveything still in my vehicle.

Very helpful – I recently had an experience with having my car towed. The tow truck driver was helpful and got me off the road quickly and safely. The dispatcher was also helpful and let me know where I could get my car fixed.

Rude and disrespectful – I was in a car accident and my car was here. When I came to get my things out of it, the man behind the desk was incredibly rude and swore at me. He then said that they no longer had the car and that the insurance company had taken it. It turns out that this was not true. I came back to get my things and was rudely told that I would have to pay for the storage during the time when I was told my car was not there.
