Great breakfast and prices. The service was good as well.
I have been here about eight times now. The food makes for the best breakfast in Pasco. The only place I like as much is Stella's in Gulfport in Pinellas. Pay no attention to the video of one person's "bad experience". It seems they ate all their food, and didn't want to pay for it. One can't do both those things. They give off an eau de douchebag aroma. The servers are very nice.
We eat breakfast here a lot. We always bring our Northern guests here too. Delicious food, quick, friendly service. We enjoy the waitresses, especially Terri! Very clean and we enjoy the different drawings on the chalk boards, describing the menu.

Chef’s Mess is awesome! Service is even better. I have two young kids that joined me today. Amanda, the server, was wonderful! She cut up the kids pancakes, laughed with the kids and made the dining experience enjoyable. Based on this experience I would highly recommend this restaurant!
I read a bad review and saw the edited video. Typically what happens in situations like this is the customer has provoked the incident. I know from many visits to The Boulevard, Mary is awesome. Very friendly and personable. Amanda, our preferred waitress, is just as great. Every visit has been a good one. They would go out of their way to make the situation right if it was truly wrong.
