This business don't deserve a rate the apartment is trash the neighbors be stealing and selling drugs the police always over in that neighborhood the maintenance man barley fix anything they just use tape and glue to fix the mold and your basement will flood if you have a wash ..

These apartments are rediculous!! From the beginning of me moving in here it's been nothing but problems. When I put down my first months rent and deposit (2 wks prior to my movin date and a month after I was told the place would be ready) and finally "moved in" the place still wasn't done. The carpet was never cleaned,the doors didn't (and still don't) close right, either the door is too big or to small for the frame. If your looking to live in a place filled with mold and rotating management and handymen who shouldn't be allowed to make repairs in their wn homes then this is the place for you! Quick to take your money and slow to fix anything

I lived there for 19 months. There was mold/mildew in the shower that I had to clean. They had three (3) different Managers while I was there. The concrete in the driveway is deteriorated & ended up tearing my exhaust off my car. I ended up meeting with the owner over that he was some greedy Jewish guy. It seems that they would rent to anyone, because there was a lot of what appeared to be drug & prostitution traffic. Management is is a piece of crap and nothing gets fixed. SLUM CITY!!!
