Everyone at Boulevard always takes great care of all my furbabies. I drive an hour to have them seen by everyone here. They keep me current on events/changes/reminders by email. And it’s always a plus my mom works here as well!
The staff @ Boulevard Animal Hospital has been great despite this COVID mess! I did have to wait 25 or so minutes to get meds one day and nearly 20 min another day to drop one off for surgery, but I expected that & didn’t mind. Thank You all for doing everything you can to still be there for our pets! ♥️
Worst service I have ever experienced. They would rather let your animal have a heat stroke sitting in the car for over an hour before they will let your animals inside. They don’t take appointments.... yet they don’t go in order from a first come first serve basis either. Multiple people arrived AFTER us and had their pets taken in BEFORE ours. Will never waste my time at this establishment again.
called in at 2:00 PM and the lady said it only be about 20 mins didn't see or hear anything from anyone till we called back in at 2:51, and we asked if they could please come and take our kittens inside because of the heat and they said sure. Then about 25 mins later I walked in to see what was taking so long and she said I need you to wait outside. which is fine, but my ac does not work the best and my cats were getting very overheated and they didn't even come to take them inside. needless to say this will be my last time ... read more
everyone here is super nice.
I have been taking my animals to Blvd. since they were out on Hwy. 74. Have always had good, caring service from the doctors and workers. They always let me know when shots are due.
A big thank you to Dr. Martin for taking such great care of my horse Blue today a very caring place
