The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average. Not super deluxe but not horribly uncomfortable either.
