It was my first time visiting Boulder Valley Center. I am both impressed and excited to go back. All the staff was friendly and efficient. I met with Julie, who is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Other things I took note of while there is that the space is clean, bright and inviting. Great treatments at BVDerm! Carrie was awesome to work with and I'd highly recommend her. My boys have seen Dr. Leddon for years with great results.
My whole family, including our sons now 20 and 22, have been seeing Dr. Leddon for over 10 years because we like and trust her. She is highly trained, PhD and MD from top schools. Very matter of fact which we value and at the same time she is very personable.
The quality of work is great. As far as customer service goes, it's horrible. No one wants to return a phone call. It took several calls to get an appointment for my son because no one would return my call. He has been seeing Dr. Gallagher, and we have called three times in the last five days , and we can't get a call back.
