We started our night with the Boulder cheese curds. The things are ginormous. The cheese to breading ratio isn't quite right, it's very thin breading and a lot of cheese. I feel like the size of the boulder bites were too big. We got pepper Jack, and it was just too much. A. A sampler Boulder bite platter would be nice. I ordered the chicken avocado sandwich, which was pretty good, made with grilled chicken. The fries and ranch were definitely top notch. I can't wait to go back to try their milkshakes.
Recent first timers. We were greeted fairly quickly by a gentleman who showed us to our booth. It took a little while for our waitress to arrive, but it did seem like they were running a little understaffed at that time of the day as the young girl was running both the bar and tables. She was incredibly bubbly and kind and honest. Yo, why am I paying $30+ from my meal a drink and half an app? It's good but it's not steak prices good. Imma stay home next time the boulder calls.
