One of the worst apartment complexes I’ve came across. The rates are high and they charge extremely high amounts for helping you troubleshoot issues ex: (getting a door unlocked, new keys, new parking pass, etc). Also not to mention they also seem to have underlying information that they don’t disclose to you until you have signed the lease agreement. Things weren’t fixed before moving in also. Not as luxury as they make it seem!
I wish I had anything positive to say about this place. Work orders were always delayed and we had to call and remind them multiple times. Additionally, without any notices or reminders, though you will pay for the whole month, they require you to move out 10 days prior while you are still paying rent, which I have never had a lease do at any place I’ve rented. If you can find literally anywhere else to live, please do so. I am severely disappointed in Summit management and there are better options in Duluth

We put a $400 deposit down and filled out the forms for an apartment and they told us what the exact apartment number was and when the move in date was. Fast forward a couple weeks we get a email saying the apartment is no longer available and the $400 we put down to hold our spot actually doesn’t do anything and apartments are at a first come first serve bases. They offered us our $400 back but still confused on the point of having a deposit that big if it means nothing.
