.I expect to experience a little pain to my gums when i have my teeth cleaned, however, I do not expect pain to my lips. The hygienist tends to be rough with my lips and jaw (pulling, pinning a lip between the instruments and my teeth). I dread coming to have my teeth cleaned.

I have had the pleasure of going to Boulder Periodontics for the last 10+ years and getting the dental services that was great for me. During the 10+ years I was told several times that I should go back to my regular dentist. I had not been to my previous dentist in over 10 years. After being told that I should go back to my previous dentist on each of my last 3 visits, I got the impression that I was missing something if I didn't go back. Overall, the staff and team are lovely people. At my most recent appointment, I was given the wrong screws to take over to my dentist to have impressions made for a crown to go over my implant. Now I have to go back to my dentist to re-do part of this appointment, and it's all coming at a very inconvenient time. The tooth extraction and implant process is already so time intensive for the patient, that it was a very frustrating mistake. I got a nice apologetic message from someone at the office, but the burden falls entirely... read more

Dr. Cole was fantastic. Not only did she do everything to be sure that I was comfortable while she works on my tooth, but she followed up and texted me to be sure that I was recovering without any problems.
