TL;DR Boulder Mac Repair offered a minimum $95 option and leaving computer for 4-5 days even though they were aware of a free 30 second fix. Two of my 4 USB-C ports on my MacBook Pro stopped working. I brought my laptop to Boulder Mac Repair. Dusty said there was nothing coming out of the two ports and the remaining two were failing as well. Horrible customer service. Came in for a screen repair, left with a completely broken phone. Clearly don’t know what they’re doing and did not offer any remedy.

Stopped in to have them swap the battery in my two-year-old iPhone 6. Professional, efficient, and speedy! They went to work, and I went to have a cup of coffee. 45 minutes later I had a like-new phone back in my hands for a fair amount less than Apple charges for the exact same procedure (with no appointment, and no need to deal with the perpetual chaos that is the Apple Store). They replaced my cracked iPhone screen about a month ago, but there was an issue with the phones performance as a result, and they fixed it no problem and it works just as good as ever. This is a business that stands behind its workmanship! Super nice people too!
