I Loved working with Ella. Available when I needed by phone...no digital phone tree...immediate response to emails... I booked a really horrible extended stay hotel and the next morning before 11 AM checkout I was able to complete an application with Housing Helpers and move in to a lovely apartment that day by noon! In past years I have used Housing Helpers to locate rentals as well. Makes the process so easy and no frustration!
Terrible services. Reported my dog for being old and called animal control. LEADING to his premature death. Heart less people.
They were very quick and efficient and always quick to respond to anything that I need the only thing that I would change is that we certainly would love to have more comfortable furniture especially in the circumstances we are in being evacuated from our home away from all of our comfortable furniture. We have had a great experience with Housing Helpers. We were about to sell our house in Rock Creek and wanted an apartment for just the month of August till our new townhouse in Broomfield was built. Ella was able to help us secure a nice one at a fair price that could even accommodate our two cats.
